Former Erie Coke Site – Acquisition and Environmental Clean Up

On October 6th 2023,  a partnership between The Erie Western PA Port Authority & The Erie County Redevelopment Authority (ECRDA) was formed at a joint meeting of the Board of Directors to investigate the potential acquisition and environmental clean-up of the former Erie Coke Corporation property. On May 15th 2024, The Erie Western PA Port Authority became owners of the property.
Two public input sessions will be held in February 2025 to provide input on the future plans for the former Erie Coke site. Click here for details about these sessions and to register.
